Serves 6 persons

Ingredients:
- 500 gr flour
- 300 ml milk
- 150 ml water
- 6 eggs
- A pinched a salt
- 2 tbsp vegetables oil
- 2 tbsp sugar
Method
- Mix the ingredients in the medium mixing
bowl until you make a creamy mixture.
- Put it into the fridge and let rest for
one or two hour.
- Fry the crepes in a small pan with the
diameter about 20 cm in medium high heat.
- Turn the crepes over and wait until brown,
remove the crepes onto a plate
Fillings:
1) Fried
mushroom/onion/broccoli
Ø Slice
the mushroom in small thin pieces
Ø Chop
onion and broccoli
Ø Put
about two tbsp butter and add onion and mushroom and fry until it is browned.
Ø Add
the broccoli, fry until it cooked.
2) Chop
the fresh vegetables such us spinach, coriander, mint leaves, tomato, chines
cabbage.
3) Put
the fried crepes onto the plate, fill with the fillings. Eat the crepes when
they are hot.
