Ingredients:

3 Squids (medium)

½ cup dry flour
·
175 gram flour
·
1 can tiger beer (can change it with Garlic)
·
½ tsp salt
·
½ tsp pepper
·
1 ½ cups vegetable oil
Method
- Clean the squids, take out the head and the tentacles. Sliced it into
1 cm thick rings.
- Put the dry flour into the medium bowls
- Make batter with 175 gram flour, beer, salt and pepper in the big
bowl, mix it well.
- Put the vegetable oil in to the medium saucepan.
- Toss the squid rings into the dry flour then deep it into the batter.
- Put it directly to the frying pan in medium low heat. wait for a minute until the calamari is a bit brown, turn it on and when it is cooked, lift it up.
- Put the crispy fried calamari on to a paper towel lined plate to drain. Serve it with mayonnaise.
