Best Crunchy Calamari

Serves                                 4 Portion

Preparation Time              15 minutes
Cooking Time                   25 minutes


Ingredients:
·         3 Squids (medium)
·         ½ cup dry flour
·         175 gram flour
·         1 can tiger beer (can change it with Garlic)
·         ½ tsp salt
·         ½ tsp pepper
·         1 ½ cups vegetable oil

Method
  1. Clean the squids, take out the head and the tentacles. Sliced it into 1 cm thick rings.
  2. Put the dry flour into the medium bowls
  3. Make batter with 175 gram flour, beer, salt and pepper in the big bowl, mix it well.
  4. Put the vegetable oil in to the medium saucepan.
  5. Toss the squid rings into the dry flour  then deep it into the batter.
  6. Put it directly to the frying pan in medium low heat. wait for a minute until the calamari is a bit brown, turn it on and when it is  cooked, lift it up.
  7. Put the crispy fried calamari on to a paper towel lined plate to drain. Serve it with mayonnaise.
