Crispy Coated Meat Balls

Serves                                    24 balls

Ingredients:
·         To Make the Meat Balls:
·        400 grams minced meat
·       1 egg
·       ½ cup bread crumbs
·       1 tsp salt
·       1 tsp paper
·       2 tbsp ketchup
·       1 tbsp chopped (mints, coriander, garlic, parsley)
·       1 tbsp fried onion
·       ½ tsp aromat (chicken stock)

       Method:           
     1.     Put all of the ingredients into a medium metal bowl and stir it with the hand until mix well.
     2.     Roll the meat in a round shape with diameters 3 cm.

·         To fray the meat balls:
·         1 egg
·         1 cup fine bread crumbs
·         1 tbsp butter
·         1 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Mix the egg in the metal bowl, add 1 tbsp water, mix it.
  2. Add and roll the meat balls in the egg, and in a separate bowl roll the meat balls in the fine bread crumbs.
  3. Put the butter and the olive oil in to the frying pan and fry the meat balls. Turn the meat balls over often until golden brown on all sides.
  4. Put the crispy coated meatball  in a plate. Serve with mashed potatoes and the basic potato gravy. Eat when they are hot.
