Ingredients:

To Make the Meat Balls:

400 grams minced meat
·
1 egg
·
½ cup bread crumbs
·
1 tsp salt
·
1 tsp paper
·
2 tbsp ketchup
·
1 tbsp chopped (mints,
coriander, garlic, parsley)
·
1 tbsp fried onion
·
½ tsp aromat (chicken stock)
Method:
1. Put
all of the ingredients into a medium metal bowl and stir it with the hand until
mix well.
2. Roll
the meat in a round shape with diameters 3 cm.

To fray the meat balls:

1 egg
·
1 cup fine bread crumbs
·
1 tbsp butter
·
1 tbsp olive oil
Method
- Mix the egg in the metal bowl, add 1 tbsp water, mix it.
- Add and roll the meat balls in the egg, and in a separate bowl roll
the meat balls in the fine bread crumbs.
- Put the butter and the olive oil in to the frying pan and fry the
meat balls. Turn the meat balls over often until golden brown on all sides.
- Put the crispy coated meatball in a plate. Serve with mashed potatoes
and the basic potato gravy. Eat when they are hot.
